Collaborated with Azusa Pacific University central IT department to create new processes for work intake, IT governance and portfolio management. Reduced project request backlog.

Created new health care CRM system that generated more than $1.5M in first year. Developed system to sell newly mandated healthcare products. Company exceeded projected goals and reduced Sales Department expenses by 80%.

Enabled workforce integration of acquisitions. Developed an intranet sites that integrated employees access from new company acquisitions. Provided reliable communications between all Confie Serguros branches and company wide access to proprietary tools and information saving more than $200K in sharepoint licensing.

Improved Marketing Department's ability to meet marketing demands. Due to the rapid expansion of Confie Seguros, the Marketing Department was unable to fulfill all requests for marketing materials. Implemented an updated production process that allowed Marketing to meet the demand and reduced costs by $120K.

Implemented plan to increase IT reliability and flexibility. Rapid Confie Seguros expansion required flexible and reliable IT Services. Leased two data centers that provided multiple connectivity options that provided the reliability and adaptability sought.

Diminished litigation risk in HR operations. Staff failed to log in prior to conducting business placing company at risk for litigation. Devised a system that integrated the HRS and POS systems. Staff was locked out of POS system until logged into the HRS system.

Reduced completion time on service requests. Confie Serguros' rapid expansion caused delays for the Service Department in completing service requests. Created new request/response platforms for use by facilities staff and repair vendors. Also created mobile app shared by vendors and staff. Increased productivity by 400%.

Upgraded Accounting Department software system. Increased Confie Serguros' sales overwhelmed current accounting processes. Collaborated with banking representatives to automate reconciling functions. Boosted A/P Department productivity by 80%.

Streamlined acquisition and integrations processes. Developed Point Of Sale and Policy Management Systems that provided a platform for data migration to convert acquired companies systems to Confie Seguros system, facilitating the integration of 15 acquired companies. Reduced annual labor costs by $12.4M and real estate expenses by $420K.

Decreased Confie Serguros Call Center costs by more than $400K. Replaced outdated, inefficient operational processes with efficient processes that eliminated duplication and prioritized leads. Increased agent productivity by up to 60%.

Converted company to paperless record system. Tasked with transforming company records to paperless system. Created system that utilized SAN system and custom software. Increased departmental productivity allowed for personnel reductions saving $300K annually in labor costs.
